Terms of Service

Effective 2025 · Last updated 15 July 2026 · Governs 7K FBA Standard, 7K FBA 1-on-1 Coaching, and Discord access

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by 7K FBA Limited, including mentorship programmes, Discord access, training, and digital materials. By purchasing or accessing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to 7K FBA Limited.
“Client” refers to any person purchasing or accessing services.
“Services” include 1-to-1 mentorship, group mentorship, Discord access, PDFs, leads, calls, support, and digital content.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Discord membership (£30 + VAT per month). A rolling monthly subscription you can cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing info@7kfba.co.uk. You will not be billed again, and access runs to the end of the current billing period.

1-to-1 mentorship (£599 one-time). You may cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@7kfba.co.uk. If the programme begins within that period at your request and you then cancel, the refund is reduced by a proportionate amount for the services already supplied. After the 14-day period the programme is non-refundable, except where your statutory rights apply.

Full details, including how the 14-day cancellation right interacts with immediate digital delivery, are in Section 3 and our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Immediate Access & Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers buying at a distance have a 14-day right to cancel. Where the Client ticks the express-consent box at checkout, the Client requests that access to Discord, mentorship content, leads, calls, and digital materials begin immediately upon payment, and expressly consents to immediate supply. The Client acknowledges that once digital content has been fully supplied, the statutory right to cancel is lost in respect of that content, in accordance with Regulation 37(1)(b) of the Regulations. This applies only to digital content that has been supplied in full. For services (such as mentorship sessions and ongoing community access) that begin during the 14-day period at the Client’s request, the right to cancel remains, and on cancellation the Client pays a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to that point. Nothing in this Section limits the Client’s rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Payment Disputes

If you have any concern about a payment, contact us first at info@7kfba.co.uk and we will work to resolve it quickly. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks and will provide payment processors with evidence of access, delivery, and communications where a dispute is raised. Accounts involved in unjustified disputes may be suspended.

5. Service Description

The Company provides Amazon FBA education and support. No results, profit, or account outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, PDFs, calls, leads, and documents are the exclusive property of 7K FBA Limited and may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed.

7. Confidentiality

All mentorship sessions, messages, strategies, and product leads are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside the programme.

8. Protection of Materials & Confidential Information

Nothing in these Terms prevents the Client from working in, or building, an Amazon FBA business or community of their own. What the Client must not do is republish, resell, or redistribute the Company’s leads or materials, disclose the Company’s confidential information, or use the Company’s confidential data or materials to build a directly derivative product or service. These obligations protect the Company’s intellectual property and confidential information and continue after membership ends.

9. Non-Solicitation

Clients must not use their access to the 7K FBA community to solicit or recruit members for competing services.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including leaking or redistributing materials, abusive conduct, or raising unjustified payment disputes. Where access is terminated for the Client’s material breach, no refund is due for the remainder of the current billing period or programme, to the extent permitted by law. Statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Liability & Client Responsibility

All information is educational only. Product leads must be fully researched by the Client before purchasing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Unprofitable or incorrect buys
  • Account suspensions or IP claims
  • Supplier issues or delays
  • Inaccurate data from Amazon or third-party tools
  • Financial losses or business decisions made by the Client

Clients agree to conduct full due diligence before purchasing any product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or the Client’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill and the statutory remedies where services do not conform to the contract.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance

By purchasing through Whop, Stripe, or any payment method, the Client agrees to these Terms, including the immediate-access consent and acknowledgement described in Section 3.

Refund Policy

Last updated 15 July 2026 · Applies to all 7K FBA products and services

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for products and services provided by 7K FBA Limited, including:

  • 1-to-1 Mentorship
  • Group Mentorship
  • Discord Access (Standard or Premium)
  • Any digital documents, guides, tools, or training material

1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right

Because our services are sold at a distance, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to supply digital content immediately, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once that content has been fully delivered, your cancellation right for it is lost. Where a service starts during the 14-day period at your request and you then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been supplied. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service for how this consent works.

2. Discord Membership (£30 + VAT per month)

Your membership is a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account or by emailing info@7kfba.co.uk; you will not be billed again and your access runs to the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of first joining, having asked for immediate access, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the access already supplied, and any digital content fully delivered with your express consent and acknowledgement is not refundable. After the first 14 days, payments already made for the current period are not refunded on cancellation, but your statutory rights are unaffected.

3. Mentorship Programme (£599 one-time)

You may cancel your mentorship purchase within 14 days by emailing info@7kfba.co.uk. If the programme begins within that period at your request and you then cancel, we refund the price less a proportionate amount for the sessions and support already supplied. After the 14-day period, the programme is non-refundable except where your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Refunds are not available simply because:

  • The client does not attend sessions
  • The client changes their mind
  • The client is unable to continue for personal reasons

4. Payment Disputes

If something is wrong, talk to us first at info@7kfba.co.uk — most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks with evidence of access, delivery, and communications, and accounts involved in unjustified disputes may be suspended.

5. Agreement

By purchasing through Whop, Stripe, or any payment link provided by 7K FBA Limited, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7K FBA is not responsible for losses, IP claims, account issues, bad buys, supplier problems, or decisions made by the client.
